In the beginning, there was the estimating process for the exterior of our shingle-style home. Sara and Leo came to the house. They walked and talked as Sara took photos and made notes on her iPad. They submitted the estimate in less than a week and it included a start date and an anticipated timeline. Once work started, Leo and his crew were always on time, neat, clean, precise, quiet and professional. They often worked beyond the "standard" workday, and at the end of each day, all equipment was put away and carefully stored. If the schedule ever changed, Sara e-mailed, called or texted. Communication is excellent. Leo and his crew also painted several rooms inside our house. We are pleased with the attention to detail and the satisfaction that all seem to take in their work.

I have employed many painters over the past decades and NO ONE compares to Cape & Islands Painting! Leo and his small crew have been doing work for me for 7 years. When I saw the interior painting that Leo completed at my cousin's house in Mattapoisett, I knew that I wanted him to work for me. He completed the entire exterior painting of our home in Sept/Oct 2019 and the job was beautifully. And I am very particular about good work. The power washing, sanding, and painting portions of the job were done with professional skill. Small details like good brush strokes in out of the way areas were done perfectly. All areas that needed caulking were well sealed and Leo does not scrimp on materials. Because Leo is also a trained carpenter, he can repair trim that needs replacement. And you will not find a nicer, honest person to do business with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a very professionally completed paint job and I will hire him any time in the future for my painting work. You will be most pleased with Leo's work!
